Requesting a consultation
The request button opens your email app with a suggested message to save@bankbuster.net. Nothing is sent until you send that email. BankBuster receives what you choose to include and your email address so Chuck can respond to the request. Limit the first message to your county, state, transaction type, and deadline. Do not include Social Security numbers, account numbers, or sensitive attachments.
Website and example tools
This website does not accept or store document uploads or run an automated ordering system. Sample reports use fictional information. The optional example walkthrough keeps typed details and selected filenames in temporary page memory. It does not send them to BankBuster, read selected document contents, or save them in a customer database. Reloading or closing that page clears the example state.
Technical services
The hosting platform may process request information such as an IP address and browser details to operate the website. Fonts load from Google Fonts. The interactive bank scene requests Three.js from cdnjs. Those providers receive the requests needed to serve their resources. No advertising pixel or marketing analytics has been added to this website.
Before sharing documents
Request submission instructions and the applicable storage, processing, AI assistance, retention, deletion, and access details before sending documents for review. Remove unnecessary sensitive identifiers. A buyer’s documents will not be shared with an agent without the buyer’s authorization. Contact save@bankbuster.net with questions about information you have supplied.
No sale of customer information
BankBuster’s service commitment is not to sell customer information or receive payment for referrals. Requesting or purchasing a consultation does not enroll you in a mortgage application or authorize a mortgage sales solicitation.
Links and payment
Educational links and PayPal open third-party websites under their own policies. Use the PayPal payment link only after Chuck confirms your consultation and instructions. BankBuster does not receive your PayPal password or card details through this site. Payment is checked personally; opening PayPal or returning here does not verify payment or submit documents. Do not send money for the optional example walkthrough.
