The $29.95 mortgage checkup
The one-time service includes a five-category review of up to three offers for the same transaction, plain-English explanations, highlighted findings, and questions you can take to your lender or service provider. One revised-offer review within seven days of the initial report is included. There is no subscription.
Personal review and delivery
AI may assist in organizing information and drafting findings. Chuck Donal personally reviews the report before release. Review hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern, seven days a week. About 30 minutes after confirmed payment and complete, readable documents is the delivery target during those hours. After-hours submissions are reviewed the next day. Incomplete or complex files may take longer; delivery timing is not guaranteed.
What the findings mean
Green means no material concern was identified in the information reviewed. Amber means a question or possible negotiation. Red means an issue deserves attention. Gray means more information is needed. None guarantees the best available rate, savings, loan approval, waiver eligibility, property condition, or an eventual appraised value. The lender or provider must confirm any changed terms in writing.
A consultation with a defined role
The paid service does not include originating your mortgage, soliciting you to use the reviewer’s mortgage company, a credit pull, paid credit repair, an appraisal, a home inspection, a title opinion, or legal or tax representation. BankBuster does not receive payment for lender or agent referrals. General education does not replace a full assessment by the relevant licensed professional.
Your documents and decisions
You will need permission to share all submitted documents and should provide complete, accurate information with unnecessary sensitive identifiers removed. You remain responsible for your lender selection, contractual deadlines, and financial decisions. A checkup does not extend a financing or inspection deadline.
Instructions before payment
Request your instructions at save@bankbuster.net before paying. Chuck will confirm availability, document submission, delivery, cancellation, refund, and document-retention terms for your consultation. The fee is $29.95 USD through Chuck Donal’s PayPal destination. Payment and report delivery are handled personally. This website does not accept document uploads, automatically verify payments, or issue an order confirmation. PayPal does not send BankBuster submission instructions or reports. The optional example walkthrough makes no purchase and accepts no submission.
